Print it: Summer Reading Log & Treat toppers

I know it's a bit late. Summer is already in full swing. But I still want to share the Reading Log we use here at home.
A while back we decided that Jane should have a set time everyday that she read. Which in turn made me also want a record of that daily reading.  And, of course, it had to be done in a cute and fun way.
I didn't only want to record the time and book name so I added a place to draw a picture of something that they remember reading about and a place to write their very own short story.

So, here is our Printable Reading Log, along with Printable Treat toppers, to share with you.
Although, this was made for our regular daily reading, it is also perfect for keeping track of Summer Time Reading or even Vacation Reading.

Ok, here we go.
Hopefully these instructions to print the pages are not too confusing.

Printing:
1. Print Page 1 (Cover pg.) and Page 4 (Reading Log/2nd part of Short Story pg.),  and set aside.
2. Now print Page 2 (Reading Log/Draw a Picture pg.) onto both sides of one sheet of paper.
3. Next, print another copy of Page 2. Then print Page 3 (Short Story Title/ Draw a Picture Pg.) onto the other side of that same sheet.

Putting it all together:
1. Cover Page (pg. 1) face down.
2. Next is page 4 (blank side down) on top of Cover Page.
3. Now page 3 (face down).
4. Lastly, add the double sided page 2 on top of all the others.

5. Now fold and staple book. It's done.

Don't forget about the Treat toppers. Available in
two sizes- Small & Large.
Just print, cut out and staple to any snack and give along with the Reading Log.

    1. I'm realizing that on the book title page, the dotted lines aren't printing out. Any suggestions?
