|Whole Wheat Fruit Pizza|
What you need:
-Ingredients for one whole wheat crust(yeast omitted)
-One can of coconut milk (Full fat. Don't get the low fat/ light kind)
-1 Tablespoon Agave nectar (optional)
-Sliced kiwis, strawberries, blueberries.. any fruit you like.
Combine all the whole wheat crust ingredients (yeast omitted). Pat down onto baking tray and bake at 350º for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
Open the coconut milk can and separate the thick coconut cream from the thinner coconut water. Set coconut water aside.
Whip coconut cream and agave with a mixer for about 2 minutes or until it gets fluffy.
Spread coconut cream over cooled crust. Add fruit and slice just like a typical pizza.
