Make it- Whole Wheat Bread

This is my favorite whole wheat bread recipe.
It's super simple and the bread has great taste and texture!
{You can use it for dinner rolls or pizza crust too.}

Make it- Whole Wheat Bread
{makes 1 small loaf or 1 dozen rolls}

~1 1/8 C Warm Water
~1/4 C Honey or Maple Syrup
~1/2 t Salt
~2 T oil (I use grape seed oil)
~1 1/2 t Active Dry Yeast
~3 C Whole Wheat Flour (the finer ground, the better)

Step 1.
Combine all ingredients, except flour, in a bowl.
Mix in flour until dough forms. Knead on floured surface(my kids favorite part).
Step 2.
Place dough in an oiled bowland cover with a dish cloth to rise for 1 hour
Step 3.
Knead dough again.(this will help prevent any bubbles)
Step 4.
Shape loaf or rolls and place on oiled pan for 30 minutes.

Step 5.
Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Eat fresh out of the oven with some jam or other yummy spread.
